Board of Directors Meetings In January 2016, the Northern Water and Municipal Subdistrict Board of Directors began meeting on the second Thursday of the month at Northern Water's headquarters in Berthoud. The telephone number is 800-369-7246 (RAIN).
The Boards also conduct Planning Session meetings on the first Thursday of each month. Board of Directors meetings and planning sessions begin at 9 a.m. and are open to the public.
